Embodiment Construction

[0026] The preparation and application of a chiral recognition material based on sodium carboxymethylcellulose of the present invention will be further described through specific examples below.

[0027] (1) Preparation of GO dispersion: add 16mgGO to 20mL ultrapure water, sonicate for 1~1.2h to disperse evenly, then add 0.2gEDC·HCL and continue sonicating for 30~35min to obtain 0.8mg / mL GO dispersion liquid.

[0028] (2) Preparation of CMC aqueous solution: Add 25 mg of CMC to 10 mL of ultrapure water at 45-50 °C, then add 0.25 g of EDC•HCL, and continue stirring for 50-60 min to obtain 2.5 mg / mL of CMC aqueous solution.

[0029] (3) Preparation of rGO-EDA-CMC composites:

[0030] The above CMC aqueous solution and 0.8 mL of EDA were slowly added to the GO dispersion at the same time, followed by the addition of 0.6 g of N-N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as a cross-linking agent, condensed and refluxed at 50 °C for 50 h, and finally 7 μL of Hydrazine hydrate reduced the unreacte...

Abstract

The invention discloses preparation of a graphene-based carboxymethylcellulose nanocrystalline composite material. The preparation of the graphene-based carboxymethylcellulose nanocrystalline composite material comprises mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid with sodium carboxymethylcellulose aqueous solution, and meanwhile adding in ethanediamine and a cross-linking agent of N-N-hydroxysuccinimide for continuous reaction at 48-55 DEG C for 50-53 h; then, adding in hydrazine hydrate to reduce superfluous oxygen-containing functional groups and carbon-oxygen double bonds on graphene oxide, and then performing suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain the graphene-based carboxymethylcellulose nanocrystalline composite material. Through a dripping method, the graphene-based carboxymethylcellulose nanocrystalline composite material is modified on a glassy carbon electrode to form an electrochemical chiral sensing interface, and the electrochemical chiral sensing interface is arranged inside L-tryptophan or D-tryptophan solution separately and scanned through differential pulse voltammetry. Due to the fact that the steric hindrances as well as the peak currents when L-tryptophan and D-tryptophan interact with the modified electrodes are different, the graphene-based carboxymethylcellulose nanocrystalline composite material can help rapidly and sensitively achieve recognition of tryptophan isomers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for a graphene-based carboxymethyl cellulose nanocrystalline composite material; the invention also relates to the composite material as a chiral recognition material for chiral recognition of amino acid enantiomers L-tryptophan and D - The application of tryptophan belongs to the field of composite material technology and the field of electrochemical chiral recognition. Background technique [0002] Chiral phenomena are ubiquitous in nature and organisms, and most molecules in organisms are chiral molecules, such as amino acids, polysaccharides, and nucleic acids. More than 80% of synthetic drugs are racemates, and usually only one has a therapeutic effect, while the other has no curative effect or even has toxic side effects. Many reports have shown that single enantiomers have significantly different pharmacological and physiological activities. Therefore, chiral recognition is becoming increasingly important in th...
