The invention provides a preparation method of self-repaired waterborne polyurethane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: after thermal dehydration of macromolecular dihydric alcohol, stirring with diisocyanate for a reaction to obtain a first prepolymer; reacting the first prepolymer with an organic solvent, a micromolecular glycol chain extender containing furan rings, a hydrophilic chain extender, an end-capping reagent and a catalyst to obtain a second prepolymer; neutralizing the second prepolymer with a neutralizer, then reacting with a diamine chain extender in deionized water, and after high-speed dispersed emulsification, carrying out vaccum solvent removal to obtain a waterborne polyurethane emulsion; mixing the waterborne polyurethane emulsion with a maleinimide cross-linking agent, and carrying out a heating reaction to obtain the self-repaired waterborne polyurethane. The self-repaired waterborne polyurethane prepared in the invention can show good mechanical properties and self-repair performance under specific structure conditions, is high in emulsion stability, green and environmentally-friendly, can realize self-repairing under a heating condition, does not need a catalyst, and is mild in condition, simple in operation and good in repair effect.

The invention discloses self-repairing low-modulus high-strength waterborne polyurethane and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, disulfide bonds are introduced in the soft segment and hard segment of waterborne polyurethane, so that the modulus of the waterborne polyurethane is effectively reduced, the strength of the waterborne polyurethane is improved, the waterborne polyurethane has the self-repairing property, and thus self-repairing of polyurethane is achieved without any repairing agent.
