coating adopts a double-layer synergistic and functional partition design, wherein the lower layer is a PCL-CO-GA triblock
copolymer with a star-shaped
network structure, and provides mechanical support and a long-acting antifouling background; the upper layer is a
cyclodextrin modified photocatalytic
metal oxide porous functional layer, organic pollutants on the surface are actively removed by utilizing the photocatalytic self-cleaning effect of the
cyclodextrin modified photocatalytic
metal oxide porous functional layer, and a
microbial adhesion foundation is destroyed. According to the design, multiple functions such as bacterium resistance,
algae resistance, self-cleaning,
oxidation resistance and
wear resistance are integrated, laboratory tests show that the inhibition rate of the
coating on common marine
bacteria and
algae reaches up to 99.9%, and the durability of the
coating is remarkably superior to that of a traditional technology. Compared with a traditional heavy
metal anti-
fouling technology, the anti-
fouling agent has the outstanding advantages of being
environmentally friendly, advanced in anti-
fouling mechanism, not prone to inducing
drug resistance, long in acting time and the like, and has wide application prospects in the green anti-fouling field of equipment such as ships and ocean platforms.
