This invention relates to the fields of biomedicine and functional food technology, and discloses an intestinal immune regulation system based on the microenvironmental release of black goji berry polysaccharides (LBPs). The system includes a microenvironment-responsive delivery unit for delivering and releasing LBPs. The delivery unit comprises a LBP core and a responsive layer encapsulating the core. The responsive layer contains at least one responsive material capable of responding to microenvironmental signals at the intestinal target site, enabling the delivery unit to undergo structural changes in response to these signals upon reaching the intestinal target site, thereby achieving the targeted release of the LBPs. This intestinal immune regulation system based on the microenvironmental release of LBPs constructs a physical barrier by encapsulating the active core of LBPs with a "responsive layer" composed of responsive materials. This system can effectively resist the damage to the LBP structure caused by the harsh environment of the upper digestive tract.
