The bottom water plugging agent system for the conventional horizontal well is characterized by comprising an inorganic precipitation type system and a polysilicon system or polymer gel system.The bottom water plugging agent system for the thermal-recovery horizontal well is characterized by comprising an inorganic precipitation type system and a N2 foam system or temperature-sensitive gel system. The bottom water plugging agent process for the horizontal well comprise the following steps: (1) injecting an annular chemical plugging device by using a mechanical packer plugging device on the basis of clarifying a water outlet point so as to ensure the selectivity of the injection; (2) selecting the bottom water plugging agent system according to the temperature, the heterogeneity and other parameters of the oil reservoir at the horizontal well; and (3) injecting the bottom water plugging agent system. The bottom water plugging agent system is selected reasonably and combined properly. The technology of the bottom water plugging agent process can be applied to the horizontal well with high or ultrahigh water content to achieve the purpose of deeply plugging more than 90% of bottom water at high strength, so that the water content of the horizontal well is reduced effectively, and the productivity of the oil well is improved.

The gel is characterized in that a temperature-sensitive chitin derivative is dissolved into a water system at low temperature and a crosslinking agent or a photoinitiator is introduced to form an injectable hydrogel precursor solution with good flowability; after the injectable hydrogel precursor solution is injected into a body, the injectable high-strength hydrogel is formed through spontaneous chemical crosslinking or light illumination crosslinking under physiological conditions. The hydrogel disclosed by the invention has abundant precursor material sources and is easy to prepare; the photoinitiator or the crosslinking agent, which has relatively good solubility and very low toxicity in water, is used. The temperature-sensitive chitin derivative is utilized and can be physically cross-linked and molded under the physiological conditions and is further subjected to chemical crosslinking or photocrosslinking to prepare the injectable high-strength hydrogel and the injectable high-strength hydrogel does not need to besubjected to any post-treatment. Furthermore, the hydrogel has biodegradability and can be widely used for fields including biomedical materials, tissue engineering technologies and the like.

The invention relates to preparation and applications for double-response bi-crosslinked injectable hydrogel used for fine-controlled release of insulin. A chitosan derivative having excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability and antibacterial property is employed as a basic high molecule, and two dynamic bonds comprising imine bond and phenylboronate are employed for preparing pH/glucose bi-sensitive injectable hydrogel, and meanwhile bio-active molecules, such as glucose oxidase and the like, are introduced into the gel substrate through a disulfide bond and the like dynamic bonds to form a double glucose response system. Through the two glucose response factors, phenylboronate and the glucose oxidase, the concentration change of glucose in external environment can be sensed at the same time, thereby causing reversible reaction of the imine bond and phenylboronate in the system, so that the bi-crosslinked network structure of the hydrogel is changed greatly to release the medicines. High sensitivity and quick response to concentration change of glucose are achieved through double sensing units (the glucose oxidase and the phenylboronic acid group) and double accepting units (the imine and phenylboronate).
