Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic testing platform for electromagnetic flow meter circuit boards. The automatic testing platform comprises an analog signal generator, a signal acquisition module and an industrial personal computer. One end of the analog signal generator is connected to a to-be-tested circuit board, and the other end of the to-be-tested circuit board is connected with the signalacquisition module. The signal acquisition module is connected with the industrial personal computer through a RS485 bus. The invention further provides an automatic testing method for the electromagnetic flow meter circuit boards. The method includes steps: the to-be-tested circuit board sends a constant-current excitation signal to the analog signal generator, and a signal conversion circuit inthe analog signal generator converts the constant-current excitation signal into a different-mode signal; after the to-be-tested circuit board receives the different-mode signal, the different-mode signal is converted into a current signal through a signal processing and converting module; the current signal of the to-be-tested circuit board is converted into a RS485 signal which is then transmitted to the industrial personal computer; the industrial personal computer receives the RS485 signal and processes the RS485 signal prior to storage, analysis or displaying.
