Abstract

The invention provides a preparation process for polyurethane resin composite glue used for a reflective coat. The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymerized emulsion with cationic polyester type waterborne polyurethane resin, then respectively adding bentonite, benzoate, a cationic thickening agent and a polyether antifoaming agent in above-mentioned parts by weight, and carrying out stirring until raw materials are completely mixed; then adding 4 to 5 parts of an isocyanate curing agent, setting a temperature to be 80 to 85 DEG C, carrying out a reaction for 1 to 2 h, adding 10 to 15 parts of an organic solvent, when the temperature is reduced to 75 DEG C after the organic solvent is added, adding an organic tin catalyst with a weightaccounting for 0.05 to 0.1% of the weight of polyurethane, and allowing remained isocyanate group to be completely reacted; after the reaction is stabilized, adding a stabilizing auxiliary agent; andcarrying out proofing and high-temperature washing testing.
