Embodiment 1

Abstract

The invention discloses a polylactic acid composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polylactic acid composite material comprises 100 parts by weight of racemic polylactic acid copolymer, and 10-40 parts by weight of stereocomplex polylactic acid, wherein the stereocomplex polylactic acid comprises 30-70 parts by weight of poly L-lactic acid and 30-70 parts by weight of poly D-lacticacid. The stereocomplex polylactic acid is blended with the racemic polylactic acid to enhance the mechanical properties of a pure racemic polylactic acid resin. According to the polylactic acid composite material and the preparation method thereof, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the process is simple, and a two-step melt blending method is adopted, so that introduction of non-degradable materials such as chain extender is avoided, and the mechanical properties of the pure racemic polylactic acid resin are enhanced without introducing other non-degradable substances, therefore, the formed racemic polylactic acid composite material has excellent biodegradability.
