Embodiment 1

[0040] After a period of cultivation, 300L of high-density algae solution, OD 680 =5.1, add 1440g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 720g of calcium chloride to the algae solution. After flocculent precipitation occurs, use a centrifugal pump to pump the algae solution into a filter press for filtration. The filter cloth is 1200 mesh. 6.2 kg of Phaeodactylum tricornutum wet algal mud was harvested.

Embodiment 2

[0042] After a period of cultivation, 1000L of high-density algae liquid, OD 680 =5.4. Add 4800g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 2400g of calcium chloride to the algae solution. After flocculent precipitation occurs, the algae solution is pumped into a filter press for filtration with a filter cloth of 1200 mesh. 20.4 kg of Phaeodactylum tricornutum wet algal mud was harvested. [0044] After a period of cultivation, 2000L of high-density algae liquid, OD 680 =5.6, add 9600g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 4800g of calcium chloride to the algae solution. After flocculent precipitation occurs, the algae solution is pumped into a filter press for filtration with a filter cloth of 1200 mesh. 56.1 kg of Phaeodactylum tricornutum wet algal mud was harvested.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for efficiently collecting phaeodactylum tricornutum. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding calcium chloride and dipotassium phosphate; (2) forming calcium phosphate precipitate; and (3) filtering with a filter press. The method is simple and quick to operate, and does not influence fucoxanthin in phaeodactylum tricornutum cells.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microalgae cultivation, and specifically relates to a method for efficiently collecting Phaeodactylum tricornutum. Background technique [0002] Phaeodactylum tricornutum is a typical single-celled microalgae. It has three different forms: ovoid, spindle, and triple radial. These three forms can be transformed under different environmental conditions. For example, under normal liquid culture conditions, there are mostly three radial cells and a small number of spindle cells, neither of which has a siliceous cell wall. The length of the three radial cells is about 10-18 microns (the vertical distance between the two arms), and there is a nucleus in the center of the cell with 1 to 3 pieces of yellow-brown pigment bodies. The spindle cells are 20 microns long and have blunt ends of the arms. At the same time, it is a kind of marine economic single-celled microalgae with very economic value. It belongs to the g...
