Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of new industrial water. The method comprises steps as follows: the new industrial water comprises five parts including underground water, river water, reservoir water, recycled water obtained through advanced treatment and desalted water; 2) a mathematical model is constructed; 3) the mathematical model is solved in the step 2), and the mixing proportion of all kinds of water is solved with MATLAB scientific calculation language software; the water quality of the finally prepared new industrial water meets the following indexes: the temperature issmaller than 24 DEG C, suspended solids are smaller than 16 ppm, and total dissolved solids are smaller than 300 ppm. The mathematical model is constructed for computer analog computation, the composition ingredients and proportion of the new industrial water are adjusted, recycling of reclaimed water is increased on the premise that safety and reliability of water consumption in enterprises areguaranteed, exploitation of underground water resources is reduced, and the purposes of reducing the water cost, saving the investment and protecting the ecological environment are achieved.
