Abstract

According to the method, a bearing part and a core are formed at the middle axis of a to-be-machined part in a laser cladding mode to serve as a substrate, and the streamline is simulated in a softwaredesign mode and optimized to obtain an optimal laser scanning path. The axis where the bearing part and the core are located can rotate by 360 degrees on a base; a laser head, a metal powder sprayerand a shielding gas sprayer are coaxially fixed to a three-axis linked manipulator, laser cladding forming is conducted layer by layer from inside to outside along the optimal laser scanning path, anda computer assists in controlling the cladding speed and the cladding area width. By means of the method, the optimal streamline distribution inside the parts is spatially simulated to the greatest extent, and thus the purpose that the mechanical property of the columnar metal parts approximates to and even reaches the level of forged pieces is achieved.
