Abstract

The invention discloses a composite technology taking thermal desorption as a main process for contaminated soil remediation. The composite technology specifically comprises the following steps of a,carrying out screening; b, carrying out drying; c, carrying out thermal desorption; d, carrying out cooling; and e, carrying out secondary cooling. According to the composite technology, disc type thermal desorption equipment is adopted, the number of internal rotating devices is small, the amount of dust generated is small, and the energy consumption is low; high-temperature soil subjected to thermal desorption is cooled by adopting a water indirect cooling and air direct cooling mode, and meanwhile, recycled energy is used for drying pretreatment for the soil; and when the soil is subjectedto secondary cooling, persulfate is caused to generate free radicals by utilizing the heat of the soil so as to further decompose pollutants in the soil. The composite technology has the advantages that thermal desorption is taken as the main process, chemical oxidation is taken as an auxiliary process, and therefore a relatively high remediation standard can be achieved at a time.
