Abstract

The invention discloses a heaping and drainage method combining fine particle tailing dry heaping damming and wetting. After waste residues obtained after mineral separation of a dressing plant (1) are subjected to first solid-liquid separation through a thickener (2), and clear water serves as overflow and flows back to the dressing plant to be reutilized; after underflow with the concentration being 40% to 45% flows through a tailing conveying pipe, one path is directly transported to a tailing pond (7) through pumping or flowing by itself via a dividing blowing pipe (4), and the other pathenters a movable separator (5) which is placed on a loose heaping dam and can move and walk for second solid-liquid separation; and secondary separation underflow with the concentration being 70% to 75% is used for building and discharging a tailing heaping dam (6), high-concentration underflow is directly used for heaping and damming, the strength of the tailing heaping dam (6) is enhanced, and overflow is drained to the tailing pond (7). According to the heaping and drainage method, clear tailing water of a downstream impounding reservoir (8) after solid-liquid separation is conveyed back tothe dressing plant to be reutilized, zero emission of waste water is achieved, and energy saving, emission reducing and clean production are achieved; and the beneficial effects of being convenient to operate, low in cost, high in tailing solid-liquid separation and damming efficiency and capable of combining dry heaping damming and wetting are achieved.
