A motor outputs the rotation power, after speed reduction is conducted through a speed reducer, the inner screw is driven to rotate inone direction, a left-handed rotation spiral groove and a right-handed rotation spiral groove are formed in the inner surface of the inner screw, automatic reversing can be achieved, the reversing block moves in the spiral grooves in a rolling and sliding manner, a connecting rod is fixed to the reversing block, the one-direction rotation movement of the inner screw is converted into the up-down reciprocating linear movement, and crude oil is elevated to the ground. According to the inner screw driving downhole oil pumping device, one-direction rotation of the motor is directly converted intothe reciprocating linear movement for oil pumping, rodless oil pumping is achieved, the inner screw driving downhole oil pumping device is simple in structure, and the inner screw structure is particularly suitable for deep well and small well hole oil extraction; and the elevating efficiency is improved in the transmission manner of rolling and sliding of the reversing block.
