Abstract

The invention discloses a free curved surface Offner convex surface grating spectrum imaging system comprising a slit, a primary mirror, a convex surface reflecting grating, three mirrors and a detector, wherein the convex surface reflecting grating is used as an aperture diaphragm of the system, the system is of an image side telecentric structure, reflection occurs after light rays are incidentonto the primary mirror via the slit, then the light rays are incident onto a convex surface grating via reflection, the light rays are diffracted on the convex surface grating, and first order diffracted light different in wavelength is incident onto the three mirrors and then reflected by the three mirrors to reach the detector. In the system, a free curved surface shape is adopted; the primarymirror, the convex surface reflecting grating and the three mirrors are free from eccentricity and inclination; the primary mirror and the three mirrors adopted the same surface shape structure; the primary mirror and the three mirrors form a whole piece of a big free curved surface reflector, and the free curved surface reflector and the convex surface reflecting grating are configured concentrically. The system described above is simple in structure, difficult system installing and debugging operation and aligning operation caused by inclination and eccentricity of the reflector can be prevented, and residual image aberration which is difficult for a spherical surface Offner convex surface grating spectrum system to rectify caused by can be effectively rectified.
