Abstract

The invention provides preparation of a water injection clay swelling prevention agent with antibacterial and anti-scale functions and discloses a cationic surface active agent which is synthesized autonomously, has relatively good functions of preventing clay swelling or clay granule migration, and in addition has excellent anti-erosion resistance and a good antibacterial capability; a phosphino-maleic acid-acrylic copolymer anti-scale agent which is synthesized autonomously has a good calcium scale inhibition capability and is capable of retarding blocking of scale; after the phosphino-maleic acid-acrylic copolymer anti-scale agent is compounded with urea, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, ammonium chloride and potassium chloride, a clay swelling prevention agent with good antibacterial and anti-scale functions can be prepared. The water injection clay swelling prevention agent provided by the invention has a good property of inhibiting clay hydration swelling, a good anti-erosion capability, excellent capabilities of preventing calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate scale, is capable of effectively killing sulfate reducing bacteria, saprophytic bacteria and iron bacteria, in addition is low in cost, has a creative demonstration function for developing water injection clay swelling prevention agents with multiple functions in one agent, and has wide application prospects.
