The invention relates to a method and a device for analyzing the reliability of an integrated circuit. In the analytical method, a unit circuit delayed aging stochastic analysis reference model in consideration with both negative bias temperature instability (NBTI) effect and process parameter perturbation is established, a scaling function and an equivalent aging time concept are provided to solve the delayed statistical distribution of a unit circuit under the actual work environment quickly from the reference model, and the pre-clipping process of the circuit is provided to reduce the complexity of reliable analysis. The device of the invention comprises an input unit, an output unit, a program storage unit, an external bus, a memory, a storage administration unit, an input/output bridging unit, a system bus and a processor. In the method and the device, the effect of the process parameter perturbation, the NBTI effect and the work environment of the circuit on reliability are considered simultaneously, and the complexity of the reliable analysis can be reduced effectively by utilizing the scaling function, equivalent aging time and the pre-clipping technology so as to realize the quick analysis on the reliability of super-large-scale integrated circuits in consideration with process deviation.

Rubbing acoustic emission denoise method based on empirical wavelet transform

The invention discloses a rubbing acoustic emission denoise method based on empirical wavelet transform. The method comprises the following steps that (1) an acoustic emission signal is acquired through a rubbing acoustic emission experimental device; (2) adaptive partition is performed on the acoustic emission signal according to the Fourier spectrum features; (3) a wavelet window is added after partition, and an empirical scale function and an empirical wavelet function are defined; (4) empirical wavelet transform is defined; and (5) wavelet denoising is performed on each empirical mode component fi and then reconstruction is performed based on EWT. The beneficial effects of the rubbing acoustic emission denoise method based on empirical wavelet transform are that adaptive partition is performed according to the Fourier spectrum of the acoustic emission signal, and a wavelet filter bank is constructed to extract different intrinsic mode components included in the acoustic emission signal so that less modes are decomposed and the phenomena of mode aliasing and endpoint effect can be effectively filtered; and wavelet denoising is performed on each empirical mode component, reconstruction is performed based on EWT and denoising is performed on the signal so that the denoised signal has high signal-to-noise ratio and the denoise effect is obvious.

A pixel compositor device for routing an incoming stream of pixel data having been rendered elsewhere and bound for being projected. The device includes a plurality of digital signal inputs each adapted for receiving a plurality of pixel information from the incoming stream of pixel data. The digital signal inputs are in communication with at least one buffer for the pixel information once received by the device. A processing unit is included for image warping the pixel information by performing, on each of a respective of the pixel information: (i) a mapping relating to location of the respective pixel information, and (ii) a scaling function. The geometric mapping can be performed by applying an interpolation technique; and the scaling function can be any of a number of photometric correction functions (alpha-blending, color uniformity correction, image brightness or contrast adjustment, etc.). Once an image warping has been performed on the respective pixel information, it is routed out of the device through one of several digital signal outputs. A system for routing pixel data is disclosed having two or more of the pixel compositor devices in communication with an image rendering cluster of units (as the source of the incoming stream of pixel data) and a plurality of projectors; as is a method for routing an incoming stream of pixel data having been rendered elsewhere and bound for being projected.

Disclosed in the invention is a Mallat algorithm-based marine gravity measurement error eliminating method. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining latitude, course, and ship speed information outputted by an inertial navigation system as well as a gravity signal measured by a gravity meter in real time; calibrating an initial parameter of the gravity meter; selecting a wavelet function and calculating a scaling function phi (t) and a wavelet function psi (t); calculating coefficients of a high-pass filter and a low-pass filter; carrying out decomposition on the gravity signal by using a Mallat algorithm according to the selected filter coefficients and selecting a decomposition level number; according to a signal to noise ratio of an original signal, calculating a heuristic SURE threshold value and carrying out noise reduction on the gravity signal based on a soft threshold method; reconstructuring the gravity signal after noise reduction, calculating an Etvs correction value by utilizing the information outputted by the inertial navigation system and carrying out filtering processing on the Etvs correction value; and carrying out Etvs correction on the gravity signal after the reconstruction. According to the invention, a defect of insufficient real-time performance during the gravity measurement can be overcome; a main error during the gravity measurement can be eliminated; and the gravity signal precision is improved.
