The low-VOC hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane foam consists of a component A and a component B with a mass percentage of 1 to 0.9-1.5, wherein the component Acomprises 20-30 percent of polyether polyol I, 40-60 percent of polyether polyol II, 5-20 percent of polyether polyol, 1-5 percent of a foaming agent, 0.1-1 percent of a catalyst, 2-5 percent of a cross-linking agent and 1-3 percent of silicone oil by weight; the component B comprises 20-40 percent of polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate and 60-90 percent of diisocyanate by weight; with the adoption of the low-VOC hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane foam and the technical scheme of the preparation method, the problems are better solved; the low-VOC hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane foam canbe applied to an automobile skylight sunshade boards or automobile roof materials.
