Problems solved by technology

[0002] Explosives used in underground mine blasting in the prior art are mainly powdered ammonium ladder explosives. Many underground mines use air-compressed charge machines to blow powdered explosives into blastholes. Shaped explosives cause the amount of returned charge to be as high as 10%-20%, so that the waste of explosives is very serious. At the same time, the dust on the site is flying, which seriously pollutes the working environment, and the workers suffer from it. For a long time, no matter shallow hole or deep hole blasting It is artificially charged, labor-intensive, and the blastholes are not fully utilized. In some underground mines, a certain amount of diesel is added to the powdered explosives for mixing to reduce the amount of rework, but it needs to be mixed on site. Mixing increases the labor intensity, and adding diesel oil may also affect the performance of the explosive, thereby affecting the application effect of the blasting and increasing the cost of the blasting; 50 paper tubes are used to charge powdery emulsion explosives. The amount of charge is large, and each time about 70-80 tons of charge is charged. There are many people on the charge site, and the labor cost is high. At the same time, the labor intensity of the workers is high.

Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of powdery emulsion explosive without single-compound explosive. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an aqueous phase: dissolving ammonium nitrate and sodium nitrate into water, adding a dispersing agent and mixing uniformly; (2) preparing an oil phase: after melting a solid composite oil phase, pouring into a liquid composite oil phase and mixing uniformly; (3) preparing expanded oil ammonium nitrate: gathering and mixing the aqueous phase and the oil phase into a dynamic mixer according to the mass ratio of 1:1, discharging, feeding the materials mixed in the dynamic mixer into a tank, and performing negative pressure vacuum treatment to form the expanded oil ammonium nitrate; (4) preparing an adhesive: dissolving polyacrylamide into water; (5) preparing a finished product: adding porous particulate ammonium nitrate and light diesel oil into a mixing machine to obtain the finished product. The production process provided by the invention is simple and practical; the produced explosive has certain free-flowing property and cohesive property, excellent explosion property, high applicability, low pollutionand low cost.
