The construction method has low cost, is convenient to operate, and improves the construction efficiency; and the longitudinal construction joint is vibrated densely compared with common template construction, and has positive effect of improving the construction quality of tunnel engineering.

The semiconductor apparatus package includes: a second circuit substrate, and a second semiconductor apparatus mounted on the second circuit substrate. On a surface of the second circuit substrate, there are provided third connecting pads connected to electrodes of the second semiconductor apparatus, respectively. The first external input/output terminals are provided on a rear surface of the second circuit substrate. The invention relates to a novel oil shale dry distillation and oil refining method and a novel oil shale dry distillation and oil refining device. Firstly, the invention provides the oil shale dry distillation and oil refining method. In the method, oil shale particles with granularity less than 15mm are used as raw materials; and high temperature flue gas generated by burning semicoke and/or dry distillation gas is utilized to indirectly heat the oil shale particles so as to realize dry distillation of oil shale. The invention also provides the novel oil shale dry distillation and oil refining device for the oil shale dry distillation and oil refining method. Due to the adoption of the oil shale dry distillation and oil refining method and the oil shale dry distillation and oil refiningdevice, which are provided by the invention, high shale oil yield can be obtained, recycling of various products can also be realized, the burning utilization effect of the semicoke is high, and the utilization rate of the oil shale can reach 100 percent. The oil shale dry distillation and oil refining method and the oil shale dry distillation and oil refining device are not only beneficial for improving the economic benefits, but also are beneficial for protecting the environment.

The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring and scheduling a preset modulation and coding scheme (MCS) and size TBsize of a transport block (TB) required to be distributed for user equipment; acquiring the maximum bit number which can be provided by resource block (RB) resources distributed by downlink of the system according to the MCS and the distribution condition of the RB resources distributed by downlink; judging whether the TBsize is greater than the maximum bit number, if not, scheduling by using the MCS, otherwise adjusting the RB, so that the adjusted TBsize is not greater than the adjusted maximum bit number which can be provided by the RB resources distributed by downlink, and scheduling by using the MCS and the adjusted RB; or adjusting the MCS, so that the adjusted TBsize is not greater than the maximum bit number which can be provided by the RB resources distributed by downlink; and scheduling by using the adjusted MCS. According to the method, the code rate of the PDSCH is adjusted, and an effective code rate of the PDSCH is reasonably selected so as to bear the downlink user data, so that the overall performance of a long term evolution (LTE) system is improved.

The brown rice ferment processed bythe preparation method disclosed by the invention can be directly drunk as a beverage, and has favorable mouth feel and taste, high nutrition components in rice are reserved, and the economic value of the rice is increased.
