Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing unit intelligent control method, device, and system for condition monitoring, and intelligent control equipment. The method comprises the following steps: receiving processing state data of at least one processing parameter of a manufacturing unit; calculating processing state data characteristics according to the processing state data; matching the processing state data characteristics with historical processing state data characteristics in an intelligent database; obtaining corresponding processing quality features to control an operation of the manufacturing unit when the matching historical processing state data characteristics are queried in the intelligent database; and obtaining the generated processing quality features of a workpiece, and generating new historical data and storing the data into the intelligent database according to the processing parameters, the processing state data characteristics and the processing quality features when the matching historical processing state data characteristics are not found in the intelligent database. According to the method, analysis and processing of the processing state data in a product manufacturing process are achieved; and the method is equipped with effective control and prevention functions for product processing quality.
