The best operation mode is selected according to the different outdoor temperature conditions, and efficient energy-saving operation of the air-conditioning system is guaranteed. A cold accumulation tank is additionally disposed in the air-conditioning system, and cold accumulation is performed on the cold accumulation tank when the air-conditioning system works normally; when the mains supply breaks down, the refrigerating capacity of the cold accumulation tank is provided for a data center, so that safe operation of the system is guaranteed; and meanwhile the air-conditioning system adopts the modularized separated systems, so that the system safety is further improved.
