Problems solved by technology

In the past 20 years, my country has carried out a lot of research on the use of in-situ passivation technology to remediate Cd-contaminated farmland soil, but looking at the existing research results and existing patented technologies, most of the results are limited to improving soil pH, increase the adsorption of heavy metals in soil, etc., while the research on improving soil properties (especially improving soil physical structure, etc.) rarely involves

Embodiment 1

[0034] Embodiment 1 soil conditioner T1

[0035] The formula of the improver T1 prepared by the present embodiment is as follows:

[0036] 50 parts by weight of bone char powder, 40 parts by weight of earthworm excrement powder, and 10 parts by weight of limestone powder; the specific preparation method of the modifier is as follows:

[0037] 1) Preparation of bone charcoal powder: wash the animal skeleton (pig bone) and calcinate it at 580°C for 3 hours, take it out and cool it, crush it by ball milling method, pass it through a 300-mesh nylon sieve, and take the sieved material as bone charcoal powder for later use;

[0038] 2) Preparation of earthworm excrement powder: air-dry the earthworm excrement cultured by the collected cow dung, pulverize it through a 300-mesh sieve by ball milling, and take the sieve as the earthworm excrement powder for subsequent use;

[0039] 3) Preparation of limestone powder: limestone (CaCO 3 ) through a 300-mesh sieve after being pulverized...

Embodiment 2

[0042] Embodiment 2 soil conditioner T2

[0043] The formula of the improver T2 prepared by the present embodiment is as follows:

[0044] 40 parts by weight of bone char powder, 48 parts by weight of earthworm droppings powder, and 12 parts by weight of limestone powder. The D50 of the modifier is 35 μm, and its specific preparation method is the same as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0045] Embodiment 3 soil conditioner T3

[0046] The formula of the improver T3 prepared by the present embodiment is as follows:

[0047] 60 parts by weight of bone char powder, 30 parts by weight of earthworm excrement powder, and 10 parts by weight of limestone powder. The D50 of the modifier is 34 μm, and its specific preparation method is the same as that in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a soil amendment for increasing agglomerates and reducing cadmium availability and a using method thereof. The amendment is prepared from 40-60 weight parts of animal charcoalpowder, 30-50 weight parts of earthworm excrement powder, and 8-12 weight parts of limestone powder. The amendment T1 provided by the invention can increase the content of 0.2-2.0 mm aggregates in soil by 19.6% to 30.1% within 3-7 months, reduce the content of cadmium in wheat grains by 57.2% to 70.1%, reduce the content of cadmium in tobacco leaves by 58.0% to 65.5%, and reduce the content of available cadmium (DPTA-Cd (dipropylenetriamine cadmium)) in soil by 54.8% to 63.6%. The soil organic-inorganic composite amendment provided by the invention is of great significance to the ecological remediation of physical structure degraded soil caused by long-term fertilization and the remediation of heavy metal cadmium-contaminated soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of ecological restoration of degraded soil and remediation of heavy metal polluted soil, and specifically relates to a soil conditioner that increases aggregates and reduces the effectiveness of cadmium and a method for using the conditioner. The conditioner can rapidly increase water-stable aggregates in soil content, reducing the availability of Cd in the soil and the uptake of Cd by crops. Background technique [0002] Soil aggregates refer to soil structural units of a certain size (diameter < 10mm) formed by the cementation of soil minerals, organic matter, and microbial particles (single or complex particles) through various natural processes. Soil aggregates are the material basis of soil fertility, and their composition and organic matter content are the main indicators to characterize soil structure (soil pores, soil enzyme activity) and fertility level (soil organic matter and plant nutrient ele...
