During measurement of the content of amino acids, the hydrochloric acid is stepwisely added to the sample for hydrolysis, so that the amino acids in the sample are fully dissolved out, and difference between detected amino acid content and actual amino acid content is reduced; therefore, reliability of a detection result is improved.
