Abstract

The invention discloses a slab PET limited angle molecular image positioning system and method. The method comprises the steps that an imaging sample is placed between a pair of slab PETs without mechanical rotation; a pair of visible light generators emit two visible light beams, the angles of the two visible light beams are synchronously controlled through a motor, the intersection point of thetwo visible light beams is located on the surface of the imaging sample, and the position of the intersection point is worked out and stored by a computer; the positions of the pair of slab PETs are kept unchanged, and PET data is collected and transmitted to the computer; through a combination algorithm of an expectation maximization algorithm EM and a total variation minimization algorithm TV ofthe computer, the difficulties of image deformation and large image noise caused by angle deficiency are overcome, a PET reconstructed image is obtained, then the intersection point of the two visible light beams is fused into the PET reconstructed image, displayed in a fake bright spot mode and fused with optical information, and with the intersection point as a reference point, target points inthe imaging sample are directly displayed and visually positioned.
