According to the extraction process of semen aesculi saponin, unique effects of macroporous adsorption resin on crude separation of total saponin and removal of impurities such as water-soluble pigment, polysaccharide, inorganic salt and the like are achieved, wateris used as an eluent in the experiment to remove some water-soluble impurities, then ethanol with different concentrations is used for elution, and saponin parts are obtained. NKA-9 adsorption resinon semen aesculi extract is further purified, and has purity of 63.323% and yield of 3.67%.
