The surfaces of the supports are rotatably connected tomembrane assemblies through bearings. Each membrane assembly includes a toothed disc both end surfaces of which are fixed to membrane supports, with one membrane support being provided with an axle tube at the axis center, one end of the axle tube being provided with a rotation connector, and the other membrane support being provided with a rotation shaft at the axis center. Through the toothed discs and the membrane supports, MBR membranes are supported to form sealed filtration chambers, filtered water is pumped out through the axle tubes at the axis centers, and the membrane assemblies arerotatably mounted on the frame.
