The system comprises two pressure stabilizing chambers which comprises a first pressure stabilizing chamber which is arranged at the air inlet sides of the first cylinder and the fourth cylinder and a second pressure stabilizing chamber which is arranged above the second cylinder and the third cylinder, four air inlet manifolds, two throttle bodies including a first throttle body installed on the first pressure stabilizing chamber and a second throttle body installed on the second pressure stabilizing chamber, a 4-2-1 exhaust pipe which comprises four exhaust manifolds, a first exhaust branch pipe at the joint of two exhaust manifolds, a second exhaust branch pipe at the joint of the other two exhaust manifolds and a master pipe at the joint ofthe two exhaust branch pipes, an electric control gas valve whose outlet end is connected to the second exhaust branch pipe, a ternary catalytic converter connected to the master pipe, and a bypass pipe connected to an outlet end of the electric control gas valve, wherein each of the air inlet manifolds is connected to one side of a cylinder, and each of the four exhaust manifolds is connected tothe other side of a cylinder.
