Abstract

The invention aims to provide a pipeline steel capable of resisting against microbiological corrosion, in order to reduce the risk of microbiological corrosion at the aspect of materials. The pipelinesteel comprises the following chemical components by weight percent: 0.02-0.08% of C, 0.1-0.5% of Si, 0.5-1.2% of Mn, 0.1-1.0% of Cu, 0.1-0.8% of Ga, 0.01-0.2% of Ce, less than or equal to 0.02% of S, less than or equal to 0.03% of P and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to the invention, a defined amount of Cu, Ga and rare earth element Ce are compounded and added, so that the microbiological corrosion resistance can be promoted under the condition that other properties of the pipeline steel are kept; the novel pipeline steel is capable of effectively overcoming the defects of deterioration of processability caused by excessive added Cu and insufficient mold resistance caused by less Cu; the pipeline steel is expected to become an ideal material for gathering and transporting petroleum and natural gas, with high toughness, high hydrogen induced cracking resistance and high microbiological corrosion resistance; the pipeline steel has an important engineering application value.
