The grape berry dehiscence resisting preparation comprises, by weight, 0.1-0.3% ofgibberellin, 25-28% of CaCl2 (calcium chloride), 20-22% of KCl (kalium chloratum), 6-10% of compound amino acid, 2-4% of Twain-20 and 40-44% of water. The preparation method includes: adding the compound amino acid into the water, mixing evenly, heating till a temperature reaches to 80-85 DEG C, successively adding the CaCl2 and the KCl, stirring continuously till the CaCl2 and the KCl are dissolved completely, keeping the temperature at 80-85 DEG C FOR 40-60 minutes, cooling to a normal temperature, adding the gibberellin and the Twain-20 successively, and stirring evenly at last.
