Abstract

A result of the studying of the DNA methylation level of blood cells and the bone mineral density index (PICP) of serum shows that the DNA methylation level of the blood cells is detected to realize the predication of the individual difference in the decrease of the PICP of a weightless human body, so the method and the marker can be used to screen individuals having high tolerance to weight loss conditions or scientifically study the change of the PICP. A DNA methylation locus set which has a predictive function on the reduction risk of the PICP of the weightless human body is provided and is highly correlated with human body bone metabolism.
