Embodiment 1

[0040] The tile adhesive of the present embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 350 parts by weight of α-hemihydrate gypsum, 650 parts by weight of graded sand, 4 parts by weight of cellulose ether, 12 parts by weight of dispersible latex powder, water reducing 2 parts by weight of agent, 0.5 parts by weight of gypsum retarder, 0.5 parts by weight of starch ether and 4 parts by weight of silicone water repellent. First mix α-hemihydrate gypsum and graded sand to obtain the first mixture, then mix the first mixture with cellulose ether, dispersible latex powder, water reducer, gypsum retarder, starch ether and silicone water repellent To obtain the adhesive, mix the adhesive with an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly until it becomes a paste, and test according to the standard "Ceramic Tile Adhesive (JCT547)". Abstract

The present invention provides a ceramic tile adhesive. The ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300-350 parts of alpha-hemihydrate gypsum, 650-700 parts of graded sand, 3-4 parts of cellulose ether, 5-17 parts of dispersible latex powder, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.5-1 part of a gypsum retarder, 0-1 part of starch ether and 4-6 parts of an organosilicon water repellent. The gypsum-based ceramic tile adhesive which takes the alpha-hemihydrate gypsum as a cementing material has favorable bonding performance and the performance thereof satisfies the technical requirements of the ceramic tile adhesive.
