Abstract

The invention discloses a comprehensive extracting method of rhizoma polygonati volatile oil and rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide and applications of rhizoma polygonati volatile oil and rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide. According to the comprehensive extracting method of rhizoma polygonati volatile oil and rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide, the volatile oil and polysaccharide are extracted sequentially through supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and enzyme treatment by adopting the same raw material, namely, rhizoma polygonati as the basis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing for the raw material; (2) carrying out supercritical CO2 fluid extraction to obtain rhizoma polygonati volatile oil; (3) carrying out enzyme treatment; and (4) extracting and preparing the rhizomapolygonati polysaccharide. According to the technical scheme, through the comprehensive extracting method, rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide is extracted by adopting the rhizoma polygonati residue obtained after extracting of volatile oil as the raw material, meanwhile, the extracting of the rhizoma polygonati volatile oil has no influences on the follow-up extracting of polysaccharide, and thusthe rhizoma polygonati resource is sufficiently utilized.
