This invention provides a centrifugal
system and method for concentrating and removing impurities from tobacco
alcohol extracts obtained through
papermaking. The
system includes a first feeding tank, a separator, and a second concentrated liquid feeding tank. The first feeding tank is equipped with a vertical stirrer, and has a concentrated liquid inlet, a
reflux port, and a
clean water inlet at the top, and an outlet at the bottom. The separator has an inlet and an outlet at the top. The second concentrated liquid feeding tank has a concentrated liquid inlet, a
reflux port, and a
clean water inlet at the top, and an outlet at the bottom. A concentrated liquid feeding pipeline is connected to the concentrated liquid inlet of the first feeding tank. The outlet of the first feeding tank is connected to both the
reflux port of the first feeding tank and the inlet of the separator. The outlet of the separator is connected to the concentrated liquid inlet of the second concentrated liquid feeding tank. The outlet of the second concentrated liquid feeding tank is connected to both the reflux port of the second concentrated liquid feeding tank and a
concentrator /
evaporator. This
system can effectively reduce the content of large-molecule insoluble matter in tobacco
alcohol extracts and improve the quality of the extracts.
