The system comprises in order from top to bottom: a sand dust flow manufacturing device used for controlling the start and stop of the sand dust flow and the concentration and the grain size of charged dust; a sand dust charging device used for control the charge of experimental dust; oppositely arranged air ion filterplates used for filtering air ion interference on measurement results; an opening shield disk for shielding the external electric field and ensuring charge sand collection; a sand collection bucket for collecting charged sand; and a charge measurement system for high-precision measurement of dust charge quantity. The objective of the invention is to provide a measuring system for measuring sand charge quantity which can accurately measure the charge quantity of the sand and facilitate research of the sand charge features.
