The method comprises the following steps that1, a soil loosening layer of which the depth is 30-40 cm is formed on a surface layer of the farmland; 2, a first soil conditioner is applied, wherein the first soil conditioner comprises dolomite dust, a calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and an organic fertilizer; 3, the first soil conditioner and the soil loosening layer are stirred uniformly; 4, a second soil conditioner is applied, wherein the second soil conditioner comprises lime nitrogen particles; 5, the second soil conditioner and the upper layer of the soil loosening layer are stirred uniformly, and the stirring depth is 10-15 cm; 6, water is applied to the soil loosening layer, so that the second soil conditioner is in sufficient contact with water; 7, crops are sown, wherein after water is applied for at least two days, the crops are sown on the soil loosening layer, and the sowing depths of the crops are less than 10 cm.
