Abstract

The four-core coaxial cable comprises a cable core and a shielding layer; a strengthening core is arranged at the center of the cable core, the cable core is stranded through four coaxial wire cores and the strengthening core; each wire core is composed of a conductor wire and an insulating layer covered at the outside of the conductor wire; graphite conductive fabric is embedded at the periphery of the cable core, a the shielding layer is embedded at the outside of the graphite conductive fabric, and a jacket is extruded at theoutside of the shielding layer. The invention further provides a corresponding preparation method; the preparation method comprises the following steps: the graphite conductive cloth preparation: spraying super glue on a matrix cotton tape, grinding the raw material graphite into a piece, and rolling on a substrate, continuously rolling and tearing off the matrix cotton tape on the substrate, andfinally spreading the powered graphite, and rolling and molding; wire-wrapping process: wrapping the cable core by adopting the graphite conductive cloth, embedding the shielding layer and the jacketto obtain the finished product.
