Embodiment Construction

[0018] The VIENNA rectifier belongs to the three-level structure, which has the advantages of small output ripple and low voltage when the power device is turned off. However, there are many space vectors that can be combined in the conventional three-level SVPWM modulation strategy, which makes the calculation amount large and dynamic The response is slow and the method is too complicated, so it is necessary to find a method that can optimize the effect of space vector pulse width modulation. In response to these problems, the present invention designs a mathematical optimization method that can directly realize the SVPWM modulation effect under the VIENNA rectifier. The constraints and optimization principles of the SVPWM are described in detail, and the duty cycle between different current intervals is defined during optimization. By optimizing the relationship between the free variables, the duty cycle can be obtained directly. The control voltage obtained by the present i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a SVPWM modulation method of a VIENNA rectifier. With a VIENNA rectifier mathematical model, currents are divided into six zones based on symbols of three-phase currents and arelationship between control voltages and duty ratios of the six current zones is obtained; and a relationship to which the duty ratios need to conform is calculated among different current zones, different free variables are selected in different zones, and a selection formula of free variables is given. According to the invention, the method is implemented by using the mathematical method directly and the intermediate links are reduced, so that the computing work load of the method is reduced by being compared with the work load of the conventional space vector pulse width modulation method;the code length is reduced to be about one sixth of that of the conventional method; the system hardware cost and complexity are reduced; and the pulse width modulation is realized quickly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power electronic and electrical equipment and electrical engineering, and in particular relates to a method for quickly realizing the space vector pulse width (SVPWM) of a VIENNA rectifier. Background technique [0002] Traditional uncontrolled rectifiers (diode rectifiers) or phase-controlled rectifiers (thyristor rectifiers) have been widely used in the power electronics industry. And many other problems, serious pollution to the power grid. With the strict restrictions on the current harmonic content in electrical equipment and the demand for converters to work in a wide range of input voltages, VIENNA rectifiers have been widely used. [0003] The VIENNA rectifier is a two-quadrant mid-point clamped three-level PWM rectifier topology. In applications where energy does not need to flow in both directions, VIENNA rectifiers have many advantages. On the one hand, compared with the traditional two-leve...
