Abstract

The invention discloses a curve leveling control system and hydraulic system for a railway crane. The curve leveling hydraulic system comprises a leveling oil cylinder and a main reversing valve; theleveling oil cylinder comprises a double-head piston rod connected with a chassis of the railway crane and comprises a first working cavity and a second working cavity; the main reversing valve is used for switching connection and disconnection of the first working cavity and the second working cavity with an oil inlet way and an oil return way; a first hydraulically-controlled check valve is arranged between the first working cavity and the main reversing valve; a second hydraulically-controlled check valve is arranged between the second working cavity and the main reversing valve; during leveling, the first hydraulically-controlled check valve and the second hydraulically-controlled check valve are put through; and after leveling ends, the first hydraulically-controlled check valve and the second hydraulically-controlled check valve are cut off in one direction. A curve leveling mechanism of the railway crane is controlled by the curve leveling hydraulic system, so that the chassis of the railway crane is adjusted from the inclined state to the horizontal state; and oil inside the leveling oil cylinder is prevented from leaking by the aid of the hydraulically-controlled check valves, so that the reliability and the stability of the curve leveling hydraulic system are improved.
