The cloud computing resource management method comprises the steps of monitoring whether computing nodes which are abnormally lostor not exist in computing nodes of a standard module in a timed mode, wherein the computing nodes and storage nodes are deployed in the standard module to form a resource pool, the computing nodes are used for creating a virtual machine, and the storage nodes are used for allowing the virtual machine to store data; if yes, detecting whether an abnormal downtime event, reported by the data centermonitoring platform, of the computing node which is abnormally lost or not; and if yes, migrating the virtual machine on the computing node which is abnormally lost to a preset hot standby computing node. The invention further discloses a cloud computing resource management device, the cloud computing resource management equipment and a computer readable storage medium. According to the method, when the computing node is abnormal, the virtual machine on the abnormal computing node is migrated online, so that the influence range can be reduced, and quick recovery is realized.
