Embodiment Construction

[0044] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0045] refer to figure 1 and figure 2 , the unstacking machine includes a transmission positioning mechanism 2 and a destacking mechanism 1 and a stacking mechanism 3 respectively arranged at the entrance and exit of the transmission positioning mechanism 2, both of which are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line of the transmission positioning mechanism 2.

[0046] refer to image 3 and Figure 4 , the unstacking mechanism 1 comprises two groups of frames 101 that are arranged symmetrically, two groups of lifting mechanisms 103 that are respectively arranged in the two groups of frames 101, the first transmission mechanism 102 that is arranged on the inside of the two groups of lifting mechanisms 103 and the first transmission mechanism 102 that is respectively arranged on the two groups of lifting mechanisms 103. Abstract

The invention relates to an unstacking and stacking machine which solves the technical problems of inconvenient feeding and discharging, low unstacking and stacking efficiency, narrow application range, incapability of cooperating with a robot to realize intelligent feeding and discharging, and large volume of an existing unstacking and stacking machine. The technical scheme is as follows: the unstacking and stacking machine comprises a transmission positioning mechanism as well as an unstacking mechanism and a stacking mechanism which are respectively arranged at the inlet and outlet of the transmission positioning mechanism; the unstacking mechanism comprises two groups of frames which are symmetrically arranged, two groups of lifting mechanisms which are respectively arranged in the twogroups of frames, first conveying mechanisms which are arranged in the two groups of lifting mechanisms and lug telescopic mechanisms which are respectively arranged at the tops of the two groups oflifting mechanisms and are symmetrically arranged; the ends, close to the transmission positioning mechanism, of the two frames are connected with each other through a cross beam; the first conveyingmechanisms comprise first motors and two groups of sprocket chain assemblies; the lug telescopic mechanisms comprise telescopic cylinders, T-shaped connecting plates, two lug plates and cylinder supports; and the stacking mechanism and the unstacking mechanism have the same structure and opposite working process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an unstacking device used in the logistics process, in particular to an unstacking machine. Background technique [0002] The destacker is a commonly used device in logistics equipment. The destacker is used to split the stacked pallets to the designated position or to stack the completed pallets in the designated position. [0003] Most of the existing destackers are frame-type, and generally need to be used in conjunction with the conveying line. The input end of the multi-layer material tray is a stacked multi-layer material tray, and the output end is a single-layer tray. After transporting to the conveying line, after the material is grabbed, each single-layer pallet needs to be stacked neatly. The whole set of mechanism is large in size, high in cost, low in stacking efficiency, and inconvenient for feeding and unloading. It is only used as a component of the conveying line and cannot be integrated with the robot. The us...
