Abstract

The invention provides a detector based on a silicon photomultiplier, a rack and PET equipment. The detector comprises a scintillation crystal array composed of a plurality of scintillation crystals,a light guide and a silicon photomultiplier array, wherein the scintillation crystals are used for receiving impact of high-energy particles to emit photons, the multiple scintillation crystals are mutually coupled, the light guide is composed of a high-transmittance material without cutting grooves, a second coupled face of the light guide is connected with a first coupled face of the scintillation crystal array, the silicon photomultiplier array is composed of a plurality of silicon photomultiplier devices, the silicon photomultiplier devices are used for receiving the photons, generating electric signals based on the received photons and outputting the electric signals to a reading circuit, and a fourth coupled face of the silicon photomultiplier array is connected with a third coupledface of the light guide.
