Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a VCO circuit which is used for widening the range of VCO control voltage and improving the inhibition capability of VCO on power supply voltage noise and interference. The VCO circuit in the embodiment of the invention comprises a filter module, a voltage and current conversion module and a CCO module. One end of a first filter in the filter module and one end of a second filter in the filter module are connected to a first node, the first node is connected with a control voltage, the other end of the first filter is connected to a power supply, and the other end of the second filter is connected to the ground. A grid electrode of a first MOS transistor and a grid electrode of a second MOS transistor in the voltage and current conversion module are connected to a second node.
