Abstract

The invention discloses a common optical path intelligent optical diagnosis and treatment system based on optical coherence tomography. The system comprises: a laser and a frequency domain optical coherence tomography module, wherein the frequency domain optical coherence tomography module is configured to image a target area of a tissue sample to obtain an imaging result; a controller is used tocomplete image processing and display, scan a galvanometer to drive signal generation, and control the laser to emit laser light according to the imaging result; and a common optical path scanning module is configured to combine the imaging laser and the output laser of the laser into the optical path to illuminate the tissue sample to image the target area and ablate the portion to-be-ablated ofthe target area. The system combines scanning imaging and laser ablation in hardware, and realizes intelligent laser ablation guided by high-resolution structure images with a probe. Compared with a combining mode in the related art, the image quality is high, the end optical path structure is compact, and no image registering is required, the efficiency and accuracy of laser ablation can be increased, and the difficulty of manual operation is reduced.
