The device comprises a testing part and a water-bathing constant-temperature part; the testing part comprises a high-pressure nitrogen bottle (1), a reducing valve (2), a pressure adjusting pump (3), a pressure chamber (4), a water storage bottle (5), a gas collecting pipe (6), a liquid collecting bottle (7), a balance (8), a data collecting system (9) and valves 1-3 (V1-V3); and the water-bathing constant-temperature part comprises a water-bathing constant-temperature box (10), a circulating pump (11), a temperature sensor (12), a refrigeratingsystem (13) and valves 4-7 (V4-V7).
