Abstract

The present invention discloses a pretreatment method for storage of dendrobium huoshanense, relates to the technical field of the storage of the dendrobium huoshanense, and is provided based on problems that existing storage methods of the dendrobium huoshanense are short in storage period and liable to cause secondary pollution. The pretreatment method comprises the following steps: (1) after fresh dendrobium huoshanense strips are stir-fried at 150-180 DEG C for 4-7 min, sheathtunica vaginalis attached to surfaces of the dendrobium huoshanense are removed; (2) the stir-fried dendrobium huoshanense in the step (1) is washed and the washed dendrobium huoshanense is air-spread until no water on surface; (3) the obtained dendrobium huoshanense in the step (2) is baked at 55-75 DEG C; and (4) after the obtained dendrobium huoshanense in the step (3) is cooled to room temperature, the dendrobium huoshanense is stored at -5 to -2 DEG C.
