Abstract

The invention discloses an MSM (metal-semiconductor-metal) type detector and a bias voltage adjusting method and device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: determining the initial biasvoltage of the MSM type detector, collecting an image of a to-be-detected object based on the initial bias voltage, and determining a noise parameter corresponding to the image; adjusting the initialbias voltage to obtain adjusted bias voltage, recollecting the image of the to-be-detected object based on the adjusted bias voltage, determining the noise parameter corresponding to the recollected image, and judging whether the difference between the noise parameters of the images collected by the bias voltage before and after adjustment is larger than a preset first threshold value or not; if not, adjusting the adjusted bias voltage again until the difference between the noise parameters of the images collected by the bias voltage before and after adjustment is larger than the preset firstthreshold value, and using the bias voltage before the last adjustment as the final bias voltage of the MSM type detector.
