Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: reading a multispectral image of a remotesensing image by using a remote sensing image processing method in advance, and calculating the attenuation coefficient ratio of a red light wave band to an infrared wave band to obtain a water depthcorrection result; establishing decision trees by using different wave bands, NDVI and NDWI for classification, and distinguishing seawater, cloud and coral reef areas; masking the multispectral imageand the water depth correction result of the remote sensing image, masking the seawater and the cloud area, and performing unsupervised classification on the coral reef area to obtain a coral reef classification chart; calculating a Hot Spot index and a degree of heat of week (DHW) of coral reef whitening according to MODIS sea surface temperature data, and performing grading display according toa value range to prepare a coral reef whitening early warning grading chart; and combining the coral reef classification chart with the seawater and cloud area image to output a coral reef distribution map.
