Embodiment Construction

[0030] In the embodiment, the polypeptide mother solution (1.0mmol / L) was prepared with ultrapure water, and diluted to the required concentration with phosphate buffered saline solution (PBS, 10mmol / L, pH=7.4) when used, 0.20mol / L of NaOH and 0.20mol / L HCl is used to adjust the pH value of the phosphate buffer solution; the reagents used are all analytical grade (AR), and the experimental water is ultrapure water (resistivity ≥ 18.3MΩ·cm). In the following description, the descriptions of amino acids all use English abbreviations.

Abstract

The invention discloses an L-arginine (L-Arg) detection method and sensor based on a polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode. The method comprises the steps of synthesizing ferrocene functionalized polypeptide dithiocyclopentane (FC-Peptide), preparing an FC-Peptide/AuE polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode, and carrying out L-Arg detection. The result indicates that the FC-Peptide/AuE polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode shows a good electrochemical response characteristic for the L-Arg. In 10mmol/L of phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH=7.4), a DPV responsepeak current of the polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode and concentration of the L-Arg have a good linear relationship within a range of 1.000x10<-14>-1.000x10<-5>mol/L, and a detectionlimit is 1.000x1.0<-14>mol/L. The modified electrode is good in reproducibility, repeatability and selectivity and has potential application value in the aspects of life science, nutrition and health.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical / biological sensing, and in particular relates to an L-arginine detection method and a sensor based on a polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode. Background technique [0002] L-Arginine (L-Arg) is a conditionally essential amino acid, an essential amino acid for maintaining the growth and development of infants, and plays an extremely important role in wound healing, cell division, maintaining the body's charge balance and physiological functions . At the same time, it is a substrate for the synthesis of endogenous nitric oxide and an important metabolite of the urea cycle. The content of arginine in normal human body is 90-150 μmol / L, while the content of arginine in patients with pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer and breast cancer is 76±5 μmol / L, 41.9±13.4 μmol / L, 80±3 μmol / L respectively , apparently low arginine levels indicate physiological abnormalities. In addition, arginin...
