Problems solved by technology

In addition, because the bridge is an asymmetrically hoisted arch rib section, the horizontal thrust of the longitudinal bridge generated on both sides of the bank is different. The 17th to 18th section arch ribs hoisted at the same time and the 11th to 12th section arch ribs on the north bank side generate a horizontal thrust of 45 tons in the direction of the longitudinal bridge. This unbalanced thrust is transmitted to the arch foot on one side, and it needs to be supported by a permanent support. The block next to the seat and the support will bear, which will make the permanent support and stop unable to bear

Abstract

The invention discloses a temporary device for maintaining mechanical equilibrium under a first-arch and second-girder bridge construction process. The temporary device comprises two temporary tie bars and four temporary support bases, wherein each temporary tie bar is arranged between a pair of arch feet of a single arch rib; the four support bases are arranged between the bottom surfaces of onepair of arch feet of the two arch ribs and the top surfaces of two main piers in a one-to-one correspondence mode; each temporary tie bar comprises two tie bar anchor boxes, two groups of anchorage devise and four steel strands; the two tie bar anchor boxes are symmetrically welded on the outer side surfaces of one pair of arch feet in the one-to-one correspondence mode; each tie bar anchor box comprises a top box body, an upper box body, a lower box body and a bottom box body; the two anchorage devices are mounted on the two tie bar anchor boxes in the one-to-one correspondence mode; the foursteel strands are connected between two groups of anchorage devices in the one-to-one correspondence mode; and each temporary support base comprises a pier top section and a beam bottom section. Thetemporary device disclosed by the invention achieves key effect on construction safety and quality guarantee of the whole arch rib and a girder, further can simplify construction processes, and guarantees smooth construction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for bridge construction, in particular to a temporary device for maintaining mechanical balance under the bridge construction technology of arch first and girder second. Background technique [0002] The total length of the bridge involved in the present invention is 402.5m. The span of the main bridge is 230 meters. The length of the main bridge is 233.2 meters. The main bridge is a simple-supported arch bridge with steel structure. The upper part of the main bridge includes a main girder 4, two arch ribs 1, arch feet and suspenders 3. The main girder 4 includes longitudinal girders, beams, and deck orthotropic plates 5 . The main bridge pier 40 at the lower part of the main bridge adopts a portal frame structure pier body, and the pier columns and pier top beams are all box-shaped hollow sections (see figure 1 with figure 2 ). [0003] The main beam 4 is divided into 37 sections for construction, and the longit...
